### Pierre 23 - A 200m de la plage, parking privé

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 36 m² (CARREZ law) apartment for rent in the seaside resort of Sables d'Or les Pins (Fréhel), 200 meters from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.  
  
Communal area:  
\- A stone barbecue is available in the communal garden for the whole residence.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Fréhel, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are within easy reach.  
  
Activities :  
\- Fréhel has a number of beaches, including the Golden Sands, with many restaurants nearby, a casino, a golf course, tennis courts, inflatables for children, rosalie hire and a water sports centre.  
\- Visits to Cap Fréhel and Fort Lalatte.  
\- Sables d'or les pins beach 200 m away  
\- Anse du Croc beach, a magnificent sandy beach with a view of Cap Fréhel, less than 1 km away.  
  
Public transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one space).  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Lamballe, 23 km away (25 min by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Rennes, 107 km away (1 h 21 min by car)
