### Les pins 211 - Appt 4p à moins d'1km de la plage

The Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in the commune of Fréhel, this charming flat less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, with a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, bathroom (with shower).  
  
Please note that construction work is underway opposite the residence. At certain times, this may cause slight noise or visual disturbance. However, work is suspended at weekends and during the Christmas holidays.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 21 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190)  
\- One bedroom with 2 single beds  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A balcony to enjoy the fine weather  
  
The flat is ideally located in Fréhel, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

\- Accommodation accessible for people with reduced mobility
