### Emilie 21 - à 200m de la plage

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 38 m² apartment for rent in the seaside resort of Sables d'Or les Pins (Fréhel), 200 meters from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.  
\- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.  
  
Communal area:  
\- A stone barbecue is available in the communal garden for the whole residence.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant residence. You'll enjoy immediate proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
