The bathtub was absolutely incredible, and the whole weekend was the perfect escape for some much needed relaxation. Four block walk to beach, close to everything in Surfside by car. On the marsh side so mosquitoes when the wind is light but that’s to be expected. Air conditioner struggled in the heat of the day but never got hot, just stuffy. Circle staircase to loft is very steep but that’s just how it has to be. I have to tell you when booking this play I was so afraid it would be too small. It was just me and my boyfriend who is 6’5 and not small in size but to my surprise it was very spacious. We loved it. Clean and equipped with things you need to stay in and cook a full meal. The beds were different and comfortable! (I tried two of them. I just can’t get over how even the bedroom was roomy well except for the low ceiling (my boyfriend) loved it. Them stairs! Scary but has railing. Not too far from the beach and at night the breeze from the beach can be felt. Overall stay wonderful. Will be booking this place again. Oh and I really loved to bathroom. Well stocked and clean.
