It also has all the comforts of home. The only thing wrong is no seating downstairs but that is being picky. We Vrbo texas coast all the time but seldom return to the same place. We have been renting places on the coast for over twenty years and I must say that Campo del Mar ranks in the top three homes in which we have stayed during that time. The home was very clean, the layout was awesome, and amenities very good. The large fishing lite is a plus and the fishing both during the day and at night was strong! Bathroom and shower downstairs so u dont have to go all the way upstairs every time. Cons - only 1 shower upstairs, master bed has bad sink in middle, no downstairs table or seating. Bring your own. Actually, my brother extended the rent by 4 more nights. The house was clean and had enough room for 8 people (6 adults & 2 children) without running into each other. We enjoyed thebstay very much. The checking in process was simple. Thr home was vlean, and everything worked as advertised. The convenience of the elevator was perfect for someone with bad knee! We brought our pontoon and enjoyed taking it out on the bay and loved having it with us downstairs, very convenient! The place is a lot cleaner than many of the beach houses we’ve been to. Great access to cold pass and marshes for kayaks. There is a restriction on visitors, even during the day (not staying overnight). I would recommend asking about this detail before booking as it was not apparent to me, prompting some last minute change of plans. I would highly recommend this place, just make sure you are ok with the occupancy restrictions. ##### Derek C.
