### Beach Bum - Limited Steps - Minute Walk to Beach

Summary:  
A beach vacation with LIMITED STEPS! If that's your vibe, this property is right for you. This location is wonderful - a minute walk to the beach via a public access ramp. The home offers great views of the beach from the deck, easy access to Surfside attractions, and ample parking. The location is central and very near bars and restaurants! Family friendly and quiet, it’s everything you need for a relaxing getaway to Surfside.

The Space:  
This property is one of the only rentals in Surfside that is on the ground and located very close to the beach. It was renovated in 2023, and curated with simple and lovely decor, making the space very comfortable for your perfect beach stay! This property sleeps 8 comfortably with a King Bed, Queen Bed, Twin over Full Bunk Bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper with linens provided. There are two full bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. We have a pack and play and highchair in the property for families traveling with children. Further, your beach necessities are included (towels, blankets, beach toys). There is a laundry room stocked with detergent for your use during your stay!  
  
This property is located less than one minute from a public walkover allowing you quick and easy access to the beach. There is an ice cream shop less than a minute walk away to grab a treat during the day. This property is also walkable to Seahorse Bar and Grill, Culture Coffee, and Surfin' Ritas Daquiris. You can also rent a golf cart nearby for a fun cruise to and from the beach, and all around the island!  
  
If The Beach Bum seems a bit small for your plans, or the date is unavailable, visit our other property that sleeps 15, The Beach Babe, right next door. Want to book both properties together? Reach out to us directly for a discount.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guest will have the whole house to themselves.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose on the left side of the house (if you are looking at the house).  
  
\- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.  
Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided.  
  
\-There is a pack n play and highchair available for use during your stay.  
  
\-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.  
  
We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.

Super responsive host. Property was well stocked with kitchen items. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Super close to the beach. Lots of beach toys as well that you could use. Definitely recommend. We were able to set up our canopy and see it from the house.

#### Would stay again

The property looked just like the pictures and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very convenient with easy beach access. The host responded to all questions very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.
