I didn't realize that all the bedrooms were either upstairs or downstairs. So if someone has stairs this isn't for you . It worked out well for us. It was such a great location that the grandkids, ages 4,6,9 were able to play outside unsupervised. They loved the deer each morning and the wooded area behind the house. Loved waking up and enjoying the view of the bay. The kids loved seeing all the deer around the property. Owner was wonderful and communicated proactively. Well stocked and comfortably organized (for all ages) in 3 levels. Owner was prompt, great to work with and flexible that made our 3 day stay very memorable. Great place overall.
