Hice una reserva desde noviembre para este puente que paso, cuando llegamos al hotel se demoraron 2 horas para entregarnos la habitación, el servicio del restaurante es demorado, el agua de los baños llega muy sucia (con arena), las villas sencillas son pequeñas y no hay un lugar donde poner la ropa, la vista es muy bonita, pero le falta mucho para mejorar a este hotel más para los precios que cobran

Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt.

Unsere Erwartungen an ein Hotel zu diesen Premium Preisen war wesentlich höher als was wir vorfanden. Check-in & Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen und die Drinks waren gut… obschon kleine Portionen. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist traumhaft. Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht, da alle Villas vergeben waren. Die Zimmer waren geräumig mit sehr bequemen Betten und riesigem TV ausgerüstet. Die Zimmer waren gegen den Hügel ausgerichtet - leider keine tolle Aussicht. Die Fenster waren dreckig und es waren noch Produktekleber drauf. Terrassentüren waren billig hergestellt und hatten offene Schlitze am Boden (wie die Türe auch)…. Dies führte dazu dass wir in der Nacht einige unerwünschte Besucher hatten - diverse Kakalacken & Tausendfüssler. Leider hing von der Decke ein Stromkabel und am Eingang waren die Wandlampen beschädigt. Beim Lavabo fehlte die Handseife. Grundsätzlich empfanden wir die Umgebungsgestaltung lieblos und nicht sehr gepflegt. Es fehlen Pflanzen. Der Pool is klein, relativ dreckig und die Farbe blättert an diversen Orten ab. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man neben dem Pool einen künstlichen Sandstrand anlegen kann und es nicht mal eine Pool-Dusche gibt um sich die Füsse zu waschen. Das Hotel ist ein Paradies für Haustiere, viele Hunde freuen sich bei 40 Grad auf eine Abkühlung im Pool. Das hat Vor- und Nachteile. Das Hotel hat gute Ansätze aber es fehlt noch der Feinschliff um die Preise zu rechtfertigen. Ich empfehle eine Villa zu buchen. Fazit: Ok - aber mehr auch nicht.

Un bonito lugar

Un bonito lugar, con diseño sobrio, se ingresa por una via rural desde Puente Iglesias, ubicado lejos del ruido de la ciudad, con todas las comodidades, parqueadero, restaurante abierto hasta las 11 pm. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, con baño privado y Aire Acondicionado. La mejor opción son las cabañas o villas privadas con jacuzzi independiente. Recomendado para desconectarse y descansar
