This home is equipped with an auto on generator for electricity outages. A rental car is recommended. Lyft and Uber services are not available on St. Croix. The owners of this house thought of everything. A beautiful yard with gorgeous landscaping as well as chairs, tables, BBQ. Then the beach was private and beautiful. The house was equipped with everything I needed for the beach, beach chairs, tables, umbrellas and a range of swimming toys and equipment. Make sure to snorkel right off the beach here! We saw turtles, pufferfish, sting rays, parrot fish, crabs... the list goes on, all right off this beach! Inside the house there are separate air conditioners for each bedroom, perfect, and ceiling fans in every room, even one in kitchen and one in living room! (which is an open floor plan). porch is completely screened in so you can sit out there and hear those waves crashing with NO BUGS!Plenty of towels, hotel like dispensers in showers, water tasted fine and I drank it the first day before someone in town told me they were recommending not drinking the water but I was fine. Also it is a cistern and filtered not the island water company. The mattresses were even great! We went at christmas time and the owners put up a beautiful christmas tree for us with island theme ornaments! and lights on the house! so cute I asked my teenage son, who complains about everything, what could have been better on the house and he could not think of one thing!
