Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. It’s a nice size for a family to use. I had a question about some of the kitchen items and they responded fairly quickly. I would say the cleaning could be improved slightly. We found some dirty towels and cloths on the back of our door and the closet in one of the bedrooms had a bad odour. Screens on the windows would have helped bring some air into the back bedroom as the air conditioning didn’t reach back there. There was a fan in the room but it was too noisy for me.
