The property was perfect for our trip to Fredericksburg. We each had our own room and our own bathroom, and everything was so clean…the place looks like it’s brand new! It did take us a while to figure out how to work the thermostat so instructions on that would be helpful. When I booked the room, there was some kind of error with my information and I was told I had to call Vacasa. I called around midnight and was on hold for 30 minutes before my call was disconnected. I tried texting the number on the automatic message “for a quicker response” and was told they couldn’t help me and I would need to call Vacasa. I tried calling back at 1am and I waited on the phone for an hour before I gave up and went to sleep. I eventually did call back and got in touch with someone, but I wanted to explain why I took off stars for communication with the property manager. There was nothing I shared over the phone that couldn’t have been shared via email or text. Overall, our experience was great and we would love to stay at this property again! ##### Sara A.
