The second and third bedrooms feature queen beds and share a second full bathroom, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom in the loft space doubles as a game room, offering a queen bed plus a twin over full bunk bed, pool table, cozy couch for relaxing, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Whether you're seeking restful sleep or entertainment, this versatile space has something for everyone.

Step outside to the spacious covered patio and discover a tranquil retreat overlooking the inviting pool with rock waterfalls. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find a sauna and spa for soothing sessions. For a more private retreat, there's even a spa outside the master bedroom.

-The West End Nest guesthouse is located on the same property right next to the main house and will accommodate an additional four guests, you must rent it separately from the Main house. Please be aware that it may be occupied during your stay by other guests.

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $135 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots.
