Prepare to be dazzled by the sparkling Texas Hill Country stars! When the sun rises, enjoy a morning meander down the manicured trail network that leads to a beautifully shimmering pond! The Space: Another of Waylon’s appealing attributes is its kitchen’s appointment of quality appliances and dinnerware. This kitchen comes stocked with a full complement of plate ware, flatware, glassware, wine glasses, and many other little necessities for those wishing to cook or dine in. At the end of the night, after a great day at the local wineries, Waylon’s bedroom offers hotel-quality luxurious bedding and the latest in mattress technology that provides an exceptionally recuperative night of sleep. Lay your head back and let yourself drift off to sleep, in preparation for yet another great day in Fredericksburg! Waylon serves as an exceptionally romantic venue for couples who are looking for a tranquil, peaceful setting. Getting Around: Car/Walking/Biking/Rideshare or Taxi, if available Other Things to Note: \-There are outdoor cats on the property that you may encounter during your stay. \-In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county of Gillespie to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at a Fredericksburg area vacation rental. \- Utilize the designated parking spaces at your vacation rental. \-Place all trash in designated containers. \- Please be aware that the Texas Hill Country can experience high heat and drought during the summer, which can attract pests to the exterior lights at night. Our properties receive extermination, but guests may encounter pests such as cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, Rolly Pollies (pill bugs), June bugs, small ants, and spiders, as well as occasional scorpions and small rodents. These are normal critters that come regardless of cleanliness or availability of food.
