Our group of seven included two couples, two college-aged "kids" and a 15 year-old. We had more than enough room and plenty to keep us busy. The dock/water access was perfect for fishing as well as using the provided paddleboard and kayaks. The pool, lounge chairs and beautiful view was by far the biggest draw during the day. We brought a few inflatable pool floats to make the most out of the pool experience. Once evening rolled around, the hot tub and pool table were busy spots. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. Clean, spacious bathrooms and plenty of seating throughout the home served our group well. The ample usable grass area was perfect for the yard games we brought (cornhole & spike ball). The hosts were very responsive with the few questions we had. Check in/out procedures were detailed and easy to follow. The location of the home was close enough to downtown Fredericksburg that it made it easy to take the train into DC for a day. Free parking near the Fredericksburg train station was a plus. We loved our stay! ##### Karen F.
