At this home, you will enjoy an evening of relaxation at our private hot tub or unwind and relax after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg with a cup of wine at our amazing firepit. The Wanderlust home has available for you amazing amenities located in the outdoor shared space, which has a charcoal grill, picnic tables & a fire pit. • Please take note that the house is divided into 4 casitas and the common areas are shared between them. You will have to share the outdoor amenities such as grill, tables & fire pit. • Each casita has its own private Hot Tub. Guest Access: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. We did have our Thanksgiving dinner at the place and the kitchen was fully functional with many of the necessary supplies. Appliances were nice and clean. Internet was not so good, but we found the connection unplugged, which fixed that. Hot tub was nice and clean. Yard area and fire pits were disappointing, they did not work.
