This beautiful Texas home comes with a spacious kitchen with brand new appliances, dining space, and living area, making it the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy a family game night or wine nights! At this home, you will enjoy an evening of relaxation at our private hot tub or unwind and relax after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg with a cup of wine at our amazing firepit. The Wanderlust home has available for you amazing amenities located in the outdoor shared space, which has a charcoal grill, picnic tables & a fire pit. • Please take note that the house is divided into 4 casitas and the common areas are shared between them. You will have to share the outdoor amenities such as grill, tables & fire pit. • Each casita has its own private Hot Tub. We did have our Thanksgiving dinner at the place and the kitchen was fully functional with many of the necessary supplies. Appliances were nice and clean. Internet was not so good, but we found the connection unplugged, which fixed that. Hot tub was nice and clean. Yard area and fire pits were disappointing, they did not work. Thermostat was stuck on cool only, which made the house chilly at times. Private parking was a plus. Overall, the place was good. Just a few things for the host to work on. ##### James B.
