And for anyone who enjoys western themes this home is a museum to the American Cowboy and Cowgirl and all those western heroes of the Golden screen. For any family with kids who love the west. They will also enjoy the home. It is very comfortably furnished and the beds very comfortable. One of the bedrooms is a tribute Roy Roger’s and Dale Evans. The kitchen has every thing you need to cook meals including cast iron skillets (a rarity). But the cowboy cocoa bar is a real treat. This home also has the best Coffee bar I have seen. Comfortable front porch. The only down side for us was the weather was cool, but ther has been a fire ban in Gillespie County since October and you could not use the fire place or the fire pit in December.. one caveat. You can only use Dura flame logs in the fireplace when the fire ban is lifted. Loved our stay and would love to return . ##### Walter F. We really appreciated all of the space, amenities, and and outdoor area to enjoy. The only cons to this place is that it's a little too far off Main St. and infront of an abandoned property that's an eye sore. (Not to mention the stray animals that make their way into the property and do their business because there's no fencing) Also, communication was confusing!
