Nestled in the quaint German town of Fredericksburg, our home offers an unexpected taste of Tuscany, inspired by our Italian roots and love for both the Tuscan region of Italy and the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large sectional w/ a pull out bed, a makeup counter, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, dart board, corn hole and much more! Other Things to Note: Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed. If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Fairly close to all the action in downtown Fredericksburgh. Lots of variety on the TV, but no cable access. Got to watch some basketball on one of the cable networks after we called the grandson and he walked us thru how to connect.
