Everything was very clean and well stocked. There is plenty of room to move around and visit. The TV will only work for streaming even though there was a Directv remote and box. Back porch was great spot for coffee and deer spotting. Location was minutes from all events we had planned and also a grocery or gas run. It is the Texas hill country so be prepared for insects and also lots of birds. We found 3 scorpions. Grass height made it tough to spot needed dog clean up. ##### Diane M. Mar 26, 2024 #### Nice home away from the city The Woodland Wonder was a wonderful property. The location was a nice get away from the city. Home was very clean, kitchen was very well equipped and I would highly recommend. Our fur babies loved the big fenced in yard to run and play. The grass needed to be mowed and weeds eliminated close to house. I did not mark down rating for this as it could have been the time of year. I called a different number and was quickly helped! The place is quiet, a lot of room, and fenced in backyard for our pup. We saw deer in the frontyard which was a joy!
