No AC upstairs. Bed frame is broken and mattress is partially hanging off the frame. Exterior is impressive but does not reflect interior experience. It’s very roomy for only being under 400 sq ft and clean. I do have some critiques though. I did not like that there was a washer and dryer we were unable to use in there. Also i know they did warn us about the no pots and pans and plates but it is a huge inconvenience. For the price you pay you’d think it would include those things. It also didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom for you. Not sure the reasoning behind these things but i do think this would make a great addition to the properties. ##### Katrina C.
