Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. \- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife. Pool and Hot tub rules: \- Please note this property has an unsupervised water feature. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. \- Cowboy pool is not heated. \- Please no glass in the cowboy pool and spa area. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. I stayed here with a group of friends/family and everyone had a great time - both the cowboy pool and hot tub were very nice too. The host was great and answered any questions I had leading up to our stay, during, and also when we were checking out. It's about a 25-30 minute drive from the center of fredericksburg.
