The delightful outdoor space, featuring a hot tub provides an ideal retreat after exploring Main Street, indulging in wine tasting, touring the Pacific War Museum, hiking Enchanted Rock, and partaking in the various activities that Fredericksburg has to offer. Mod comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it a perfect setting to create lasting memories with friends. The Space: The modern and luxurious living room provides a special place to gather and play a fun game or watch a movie, and the spacious kitchen is just the place to make a snack, heat leftovers from a favorite dining spot, or cook an entire meal. With three cozy bedrooms, the home will sleep up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a uniquely made wooden sink countertop and a tub/shower combo. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. In addition to Poplar Place Mod, the property consists of Main House (4/2), Soho (1/1), Q (1/1) and Pop 1-4 (1 bed/1 bath units). Rent the entire property to accommodate a group of up to 26. Guest Access: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. The throw rugs in the dining room in the living room were both incredibly dirty and really need to be replaced although they did an amazing job putting an adorable Christmas tree up and some holiday decorations is not stored with the things that you would need to stay for the three days we stayed. We went ahead and checked out a day early just because there wasn’t much left to do in Fredericksburg and we were kind of bored so I would say, probably not the best choice for a holiday getaway , I’ve already communicated to the owners that there were some issues with the place and they are going to work to get them fixed. They communicated well, but I really feel like this place was overpriced for what you actually received. ##### Tracy C. The house was very cute and perfect for our girls weekend. The location was great, easy to find and in close proximity to Main Street and other attractions. It was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was already warm and ready for us when we arrived and had a nice privacy fence around it. This house also has two other similar homes within the same area but they are each private enough that the guests in the other homes weren’t an issue. However they are close enough and would be perfect for large groups. I’ve already suggested them for a large bachelorette party group. I would definitely stay again. ##### Samantha B.
