Through the help of accomplished interior designer, Christina Atkinson, your host has transformed this property into a modern yet cozy retreat for couples and families looking for rest, comfort and fun together. The interior is exquisite, the pool refreshing. We invite you to build memories through the global perspective of Njem Haus. You are welcome here. Freshly renovated this summer, this house is a modern and cozy oasis. The sleek and comfortable interior removes the “noise” of the complicated world outside and lets you enjoy the simple things—the things that matter most. You and your tribe can gather around the large dining table to share meals, stories and laughter. Ample windows throughout the house let the sunlight pour in. Materials, plants and art set the global tone. Your host has thoughtfully placed technology to be there if you desire it; there are TVs placed in the living spaces and bedrooms. All the music of the world is available to fit your mood. As you move outside, the pool and outdoor patio will draw you to its cool waters and fresh breeze. It has the sophistication of a boutique hotel but the privacy of your own house surrounded by a wall of lush landscaping and fencing. We are just a text or call away and ready to answer any questions and make your stay wonderful. This neighborhood is ideal for those seeking convenience and privacy. We’re at the end of a dead end street so traffic is almost non-existent. Like all the old streets in town, ours is wide and lined with mature pecan trees; it’s one of the things that makes Fredericksburg so special. We’re uniquely situated in a part of Fredericksburg that is only four blocks from Main Street yet right on the edge of town. This makes it both convenient and quiet. You could easily walk to the Nimitz Museum or Otto’s and then on to Main Street. Evening walks along the nearby streets are a favorite of both locals and visitors. \*\*\*Njem haus is cleaned to CDC Covid Standards\*\* In order to achieve this, we are sanitizing inside and outside after each group. So spacious and comfortable. The location was perfectly close to Main but far enough to enjoy privacy. Owner was highly accessible the entire time. We’ve stayed in many houses around Fredericksburg and this was the best house for us by far. Great amenities and a very livable, comfortable house. It is decorated beautifully and it was hard for us to leave. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very accommodating! Coming back in three months for another stay! ##### Annie T.
