As a newer listing, there may be quirks to the home and or layout, but everything is as described. Comfy, cozy. The backyard didn't get enough use by us because it was chilly, but if it were warm, we'd certainly have been having cocktails by the pool. ##### Blair E. Our Siberian Husky had his own yard to play in. He did not get in the pool but was very curious about the cleaner which moved back and forth on the surface. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We would return if we have occasion to stay in downtown Fredericksburg again. ##### Ken F. We immediately felt right at home in the spotless, roomy and cutely decorated house. Loated a mile from town made it so easy to navigate. Our little goldendoodle settled right in and loved the spacious backyard. We had everything we needed and I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We plan to return next year and will be sure to rebook. Thanks Matthew! ##### Diane S. The location of the house is perfect. We did run into a few issues while there that prevents us from having a five star experience. 1) The Water and Ice dispenser did not work during our stay 2) There was a metal trashcan overflowing with trash and debris on the ground outside the back gate that smelled terrible the whole time we were there sitting in the backyard 3) We were unable to use the pool at night because the light was broken and had not been fixed. There was supposed to be a floating LED light but it was not on site and no one ever dropped it off. We were out and about during the day so without being able to use it at night we ended up not using it at all the entire trip. 4) The shower heads in both showers need to be seriously cleaned. The amount of mineral build up was extreme. The owner was very responsive to messages but unfortunately his team was not very helpful during our stay. ##### Wysteria H. What a great property! We visited for a girls getaway (two adults and a tween) and loved the location! Close to town, but quiet at night. It was convenient going to Main St, which was less than a mile away. The pool was a plus and a nice way to cool off after a day in warm weather. We would definitely stay here again.
