Prior to our arrival, the property manager provided excellent information regarding check-in and other information for our stay. The property itself is clean, comfortable and well maintained with ample towels, bedsheets, soaps, dish ware, and the all important coffee maker with K-cups and grounds provided. What a surprise to find a delicious cake on the counter which we enjoyed on several occasions. Although the house is small, it still provides separate living spaces so the two couples could have their own space if they wanted. The house is located a couple blocks off the main drag and within walking distance of the Oktoberfest location, very convenient to leave the car parked in the driveway when we went to the festival. Our only comment to the negative is the house is on a busy street so traffic noise is very noticeable when sitting in the front room. The kitchen is nicely supplied—the home is comfy cozy. We like generously upholstered seating for tv watching and that is provided, . The separate dining room is spacious; the two bathrooms great…I preferred the clawfoot tub perfect for soaking, my husband liked the shower for its convenience.
