Summary: Welcome to The San Marcos! This gorgeous and adorable cabin is a pure Fredericksburg luxury right on Main Street that has been completely decorated and set for your experience! This beautiful home is right on Main Street, making it the perfect location to enjoy the lively and historic downtown Fredericksburg! The Space: This stunning cabin has one gorgeous bedroom and one bathroom. This beautiful Texas home comes with a spacious kitchenette with all the appliances and dining space you need making it the best place for you and you to relax after a long day of shopping! Pet fees: \*There is a pet fee of $75 per pet/per night +tax. The Pet fee is not automatically included in the total. It's added after the booking is confirmed. \*A separate pet waiver must be signed. \*Please check details about the unit you are renting on number of pets allowed and size. \*Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file. Guest Access: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction).
