We had to reach out to VRBO help line to get our code reset. The cups and silverware that was set in cabinets and drawers were dirty with old food and grease. The dishwasher was rusted and looked like it had mold. There was only 1 single trash bag provided. The floors were sticky and looked not mopped. The house in general was dirty and did not look properly prepped for our arrival. We love coming to Fredericksburg (this is our 5th year doing this trip) and we were very disappointed with the house we booked. I paid an extra deposit and I am asking for that to be credited back to me. I would really appreciate a response - I have yet to be able to communicate with our host. ##### Mary C. Enjoyed the hot tub too. Location to Main Street was really good. Even saw deer at night in the front yard. Check in was difficult though because we were having difficulty getting emails from them. House was good for that and easily could walk to Main for meals and drinks. No cable for TV, just streaming so guests have to sign on to their own accounts. Could be a problem if past guests have not signed out Ample dishes and great stove if you want to cook. Comfortable beds! ##### Melanie A. Living room has only a couch so not a lot of sitting for many people. But the dinning room table is in there so some could sit there. This was perfect for us because we played card games at the table. Outside patio needs some attention and there are steep stairs to the back parking area.
