I communicated that it was a trip to Hill Country for the Wife's birthday and the Hosts had a cake waiting on her. The breakfast casserole was fabulous and the fresh fruit was a nice touch. The cabin was everything we were looking for and more. The cabin is beautiful, new and very comfortable located on a large property with grass and scattered trees. Sitting on the covered porch watching the sky, birds, and deer was soothing to the spirit. We thoroughly enjoyed the homemade fresh egg quiche and muffins in the refrigerator for breakfast. We came for the eclipse and even the clouds cooperated. During the afternoon we were able to gather with the other guests and met some fascinating people. All in all, I highly recommend Cope’s Haven for a peaceful getaway. ##### SUSAN H.
