This unit has a separate entrance at the back of the church with designated parking. It is 3 levels with an antique spiral staircase leading down to the large open living area downstairs. The downstairs living area also serves as the second bedroom with a daybed, pull out couch bed, dedicated closet, and it's own exterior access. There is a small deck/balcony off the level with the main bedroom. It has a completely remodeled interior with new modern decor. While this property is well situated for visiting Fredericksburg, it is not well suited for visiting with friends. The layout of the apartment is awkward. The other thing that was particular to our group was the lack of sunlight in the apartment.
