This spot proved to be just what we needed. Hosts were extremely responsive and available as much or little as needed. The home had anything we could need with plenty of towels, pillows, etc., and comfy beds!! The property was perfect for our girl to roam and sniff and feel at home while getting a little change of scenery! It was by far the most relaxed she has ever been on vacation!We were able to leave our vehicle parked for the duration of our visit as there is sooo much to do within walking distance. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house was impeccably clean, charmingly decorated, and conveniently close to town. The beds were incredibly comfortable, so we all slept like babies. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return. Great location, very close to H-E-B along with being very close to downtown Main Street. Everything we needed was there. We didn’t use the fire pit but the outside bar and hot tub was put to good use. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and updated. Definitely will be back on my next trip to Fredericksburg. This place was perfect! Our kids loved the backyard and hot tub, and we all enjoyed playing games and watching movies at night. Our dog loved being able to run around outside and be with us. It was clean and the owners were very communicative and made it very easy. Location was great as well for an easy drive to Main st., and an easy walk to HEB for groceries. It’s just a short distance off Main St, which is perfect; it’s in a quiet neighborhood when you are finished with your day. It has very comfortable beds; a king size bed and a queen size bed, each with its own bath which is hard to find. It has been updated with style and comfortability. Most of all, the host is very available to communicate with. They even left recommendations for restaurants etc. We will definitely stay here again. The picture posted promoting was a bit misleading as it was taken at night but in daytime looked completely different. Patio furniture could have used some paint and cleanup and cushions weren't in the best shape. Need attention to yard and landscape. Inside the house was great!
