Whether you choose to stay in and take advantage of the game room or venture to the back yard and enjoy playing a game of corn hole, or come back and relax around the fire pit with the wine you picked up at your favorite winery, 404 will be your favorite spot in the Burg! \- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance \- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time: 1st Offense will result in a $250 fine. 2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine. If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. This was our third visit to Fredericksburg, but our first stay at this outstanding property! From the moment we pulled up to the property, we were impressed! The exterior of the home is well maintained, and the inside is updated, spacious and clean! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s, and this property is by far one of the nicest!
