The seperate play area/room for the kids was great. It also had toys readily available for them to play with. There were tvs available but we were unable to access them. They did not reach the outlets and if it did the remotes did not work for them. They were also not smart tvs and had no cable access. There was no drinkware in the kitchen, only coffee cups and tiny espresso/shooter type cups. They were adorable but not very functional. The listing says hot tub, there isnt one. They also require you to remove your own trash but do not provide a reciptical to remove it. They told us to go to a commercial dumpster behind the market. Which is illegal. Owner did not reply when I asked if they had authorization to do that. Owner also took hours to repsond. If an emergency happened we would be stuck. Overall the house was cute and met our needs.
