Our condo is perfectly located just a brief 10-minute drive or shuttle ride from winter skiing and is surrounded by summer outdoor activities. Winter Park is only 6 miles away and can be easily reached via the complimentary shuttle service for all your seasonal adventures. We are conveniently positioned near the Winter Park shuttle bus line, the Fraser River Trail, and a Safeway Grocery store for all your food and beverage requirements. Our unit is within walking distance of the delightful bars and restaurants in Fraser, and just a short distance from downtown Winter Park. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental is ideal for a peaceful mountain getaway. Enjoy in-unit laundry, complimentary toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen. The breathtaking Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests offer stunning views and endless entertainment. Furthermore, we are only 40 minutes from Grand Lake for summer lake activities, or 20 minutes to Granby for exhilarating mountain biking trails. So, why delay?
