« The lady who I’m guessing was the chick running the show was so extremely rude. She got mad at me when we arrived and I asked how to check in? She then just loooed at me when I asked where our room was! Just so unhelpful and awkward. There were 10 adults and 7 kids and we all felt on edge and judged the whole time. « We stayed at the Oaks resort for two nights, which was enough as there is not much to do around and the pool is closed. The room is kinda old and needs a refresh. Staff is kind and helpful. The cafe next to the hotel was great. Overall our stay was fine. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. We checked in after-hours but the process was easy, so was the next day in the reception area and the staff were really friendly. We were surprised at just how big the rooms were and the layout was perfect for us, we were in a 2 bedroom. Kids loved the pool and the added bonus that the pool is heated. We also enjoyed the number of cafes/restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again! »

"C'est propre, bien situé, spacieux mais il y a un problème avec la literie. Ils ont donné un lit gonflable (qui se dégonfle en +..) pour l'enfant. Le lit adulte est sur ressors et inconfortable, c'est compliqué de dormir à 2 personnes."
