I also appreciated that during a heavy snow the driveway was plowed twice and sanded, and I had no problems with traction for my car getting in and out and that saved the ski weekend. Super comfy beds in all rooms. The holiday decorations for the new year were such an appreciated touch. We were very impressed overall with our stay. 10 minutes away from holiday valley tubing. Great spot if you want to be close to Ellicottville but want the privacy that condos in the village won't aford. We stayed inside for the most part but the property looked lovely and I'm sure would be nice to have a fire etc. ##### Cameron-Alex D.
