Great quiet place to stay

We stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved the place. It's very quiet and very beautiful. I wish we had more time to stay there. The owners were every nice and respected our privacy. Would definitely stay again.

A Little Slice of Heaven

Relaxing cabin by the creek!

Loved our stay at this beautiful cabin by the creek! The cabin made you feel like you’ve gone back in time! It was so nice to disconnect from everything and just enjoy the beautiful grounds and pond! This place is a fantastic place to stay. Your off the beaten path, if you want to escape reality and no technology this place for you. . I would love to have my honey moon there . Will stay there again. Robbin and husband great people. Great hospitality.

Halloween stay

This is our second time staying and it was every bit as good. I cant recommend it highly enough. We built a roaring fire and listened to ghost stories after dinner. There is a trout stream on the property and perfect for a little fly fishing. My wife took many baths in the large claw footed tub. If you need to get away, look no further.

Unplugged Peace and Quiet

Loved everything about our stay! I’ve booked several cabins over the years for weekend getaways with my partner and this is one of our favorites. We loved the elegance and simplicity of the place. The thought and details that went into the cabin decor can’t be beat. We truly felt like we took a step back in time before the internet ruined everything! It was perfect for a quiet and restful weekend. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway From It All!

We so enjoyed our stay here! Robin was a gracious host and so welcoming to our family. Tubing in the rain down the stream was by far the favorite activity of our family. Also, fishing in the pond, gathering around the fire, and going for the day to Highland made this a well round trip. We definitely will be back!!

Bath by the creek

This was a very unique stay. From the wood stove and fireplace to the babbling creek and bath. We had a great relaxing stay and appreciated the time to disconnect. Like stepping back in time with modern conveniences.

Paradise!

The stay was amazing, the property was a dream! I only wish we had more time to stay and relax at the beautiful cabin. I loved sitting on the back deck and listening to the creek! Oir son loved trying to catch a trout, no luck though. My wife loved taking pictures of everything on the property, especially the covered bridge.

Solitude

This property was just what the doctor ordered for serenity and solitude! The opportunity to have my dog there to be able to run free and enjoy. The waters was an added bonus. The property is beautiful and I would love to stay again!

Relaxing in Paradise

My wife, dogs and I had an amazing getaway . We spent most of our time relaxing and taking in all the amazing scenery. We made several trips to many national parks that weren’t very far away seeing many waterfalls and other beautiful sceneries. Ate some delicious food and had wonderful conversations with friendly patrons and staff at several local restaurants. Our favorite was Ms. Lois’ Restaurant.

Can't get enough

This was our 3rd time staying here, we love it so much! There are so many things to do in the area...but this property is perfect to just unplug and relax. We brought our dog this time and he enjoyed playing with the property ambassador, Winter, a yellow lab! The property is so peaceful, enjoy coffee and meals on the porch or bridge and just listen to the sounds of the creek!

Amazing !!

Beautiful property! Just peace and quite! Everything was clean. Loved sitting on both porches and looking at the water ! Loved being able to fish right out the door and back door also! All the vintage things really set the mood for this cabin! We definitely will be back !
