« Just what we needed for a couple of nights while in Frankfort for a family event. Great price! Older apartment buildings, this building was in the front part of complex, our parking lot had out of state license plates, I believe other buildings were long term rentals. Inside was updated, we would stay again. »

« The code was showing on the wall next to the door which made us feel less than safe. I tried to contact the owner and he never responded. The sofa smelt like someone peed in it. The bedroom close to the kitchen had a mold smell. But the most worrying issue was the shower that was in the bathtub was on a platform with no rail to hold on to in order to get out safely. Otherwise we enjoyed the house. »

« The house was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Entry was easy. There weren’t any wash clothes that I could find or a paper telling us what to do before leaving…. So we did what we typically do when we stay other places. Also check the street view before you book. That street made us a little uncomfortable. But we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. Over all it was fine for the 1 night we needed! »

« I met my 8 girlfriends from college in central Kentucky. The Havilah House was the perfect location for keeneland and bourbon tours and halfway between the bluegrass and Louisville airports. The house is comfortable and well stocked. The host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. I would highly recommend it. »

« Yearly my wife and I get away just to enjoy our time together. This is the second year in a row we stayed at this location and we are planning on next year already.
