Points forts : Propreté

This property was very clean. The check in process is super easy and the host are very quick to respond and attend to your needs. We were missing some bedsheet for the fold out couch and trundle bed, but after texting the host they were delivered almost instantly. The neighborhood is super nice and quiet. The community pool was also nice and a close walk to this property. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with all the utensils and pans. We also took advantage of the grill outside. This property is less than a 15 minute drive to Bethany Beach which has an awesome boardwalk with so much shops and food right on the ocean. The beach was pretty crowded everyday we went, but we made the most of it. Ocean City, Maryland is also about a 40 minute drive up the street with another great boardwalk and so much to do and see. Lots of mini golf and shops in this area. Overall this property was great and our stay was amazing!

The home was beautiful! Rooms were spacious. We absolutely loved the layout of the kitchen. If you plan to cook, be sure to bring your condiments, foil, etc. They had plenty of pots, pans, silverware, bowls/cups. A Kuerig and some K-cups were provided, which we loved. The pool was also great, especially because it was so close to the house. When we arrived, there was still garbage in the garage from a previous user. The owner immediately contacted the cleaning crew on site and they cook care of it right away. The owner was very respectful and responsive following up to and during our visit. The home is conveniently located 5 mins from local grocery stores and about 15 mins from Bethany Beach but you still feel like you're in a private location. You do have neighbors on both sides of you and quiet hours are enforced. One of the neighbors was a little rude about our dog crossing their fence line. That was the only con to our trip. It was a perfect home for our family vacation. I would highly recommend and would definitely return.
