This spacious home is designed for relaxation and quality time, featuring a large living area with a sleeper sofa, a dining space perfect for group meals, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for your culinary needs. The upper level provides a secondary living space equipped with a large flat-screen TV and an additional sleeper sofa, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Whether you are enjoying the world-class community features or taking the shuttle to the Atlantic, this home is your gateway to the perfect Bethany Beach vacation. The main level features an open-concept layout that flows seamlessly from the kitchen to the dining and living areas. Upstairs, the secondary lounge provides a quiet getaway for movies or gaming. Distance to community amenities: Approximately a 5–8 minute walk or short bike ride. The Bethany Beach shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays, and also on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Shuttles run on the half hour from the Clubhouse to Bethany Beach (first one is at 9:30 am) and on the hour from the beach (the last shuttle returns at 4 pm). Located only 2.5 miles from Bethany Beach, Ocean View Beach Club is a treasured destination that will provide enjoyment far beyond the cluttered, noisy beach towns at a fraction of the cost and only a short drive away. You'll also enjoy quick trips to Fenwick Island (6.5 miles), Ocean City (8 miles), and Rehoboth Beach (15 miles). Use of community amenities requires the purchase of amenity passes. Amenity passes can be purchased per person from the Clubhouse Attendant at arrival at the prevailing rate (credit card only). Amenities are available per the HOA. We're newbies to Bethany Beach, usually jetting off to far-flung places, but we heard such great things about this spot that we just had to check it out! So, we packed our bags and headed over. Now, Bethany was lovely, but oh boy, the flies! Little buzzers were everywhere – in our rental, in every restaurant, both indoors and out. We tried six popular spots, and they were all abuzz, literally! But let's talk about our stay. The owners did an amazing job with the decor. The house was a tad small, but for a few days, it was just fine. Being a new development, though, it's right by the main road, with no trees or landscaping for privacy or noise reduction. The neighborhood is super new, and while our evening walks were nice, the streets are a bit bare and plain. We think we might come back in about 10 years when the place has grown into itself and become more homey and enjoyable. For now, though, we give the experience three stars! ⭐⭐⭐ ##### Bruno G.
