Additionally, indoor tennis courts are available 400 m away, and a gondola lift offers panoramic views 27 km from the property. Fishing enthusiasts can cast their lines at the fishing spots located 700 m away. For water-based activities, an outdoor swimming pool is situated 6 km away, an indoor swimming pool is 15 km away, and a bathing lake is 12 km from the village.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans across two levels with a total area of 75 square meters. The ground floor consists of a cozy living/dining room of 25 square meters with a charming open-hearth fireplace and cable TV featuring a flat-screen display. This level also includes a room of 12 square meters equipped with a double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a hand-basin, and a separate toilet. The open kitchen, spanning 8 square meters, is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and toilet on this floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. These include a washing machine, dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodation, a fireplace, a private patio, heating, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the house is six guests, with three bedrooms and one bathroom available.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, features two additional rooms. One room measures 12 square meters and has a sloping ceiling, accommodating a double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a hand-basin, and access to a balcony. The second room on this level is 11 square meters in size, also with a sloping ceiling, and provides two single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, with access to another balcony. The property is equipped with electric heating and boasts a small balcony of 5 square meters, facing a south-facing position. Additionally, there is a large terrace of 20 square meters, partially covered, a patio, and a lawn area of 100 square meters. Outdoor furniture is provided for both the terrace and balcony areas. Facilities also include a children's high chair and complimentary WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, equipped with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. On the ground floor, the rooms are connected by stairs, creating a mezzanine-style layout.
