It features a living/dining room of 40 square meters with cable TV and a flat-screen television, as well as access to a balcony. Additionally, there is one room of 10 square meters with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and another room of 10 square meters with three beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine.

The amenities included in this vacation rental are a washing machine, dishwasher, pet-friendly policy, heating available, television, and a maximum capacity of 5 people. The property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It also offers a large 10 square meter balcony with a south-facing position, balcony furniture, and 4 deck chairs.
