The room was good and clean. The bedding was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, just the way I like it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My stay at the Rosewood Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere made it a truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Check‑in was smooth and effortless, and I immediately felt like a valued guest. The room was beautifully designed—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged with luxurious touches throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax. The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. Whether enjoying the dining options, unwinding in the lounge areas, or simply taking in the elegant décor, everything felt refined and well-curated. Staff was professional, helpful, and friendly!

I’ve never stayed at a 5 star hotel that charged you for shampoo, soap, or body wash. Considering the price of the hotel I would never expect to see a notice saying we would be charged for taking shampoo. It gives the impression that the hotel is nickel and diming guests. In addition, the idea of reusing stuff from other guests is also gross. The hotel also didn’t provide toothbrushes, combs, or basic toiletries that other 5 star hotels provide. Lastly to add onto the nickle and diming, never in my life have a stayed at a 5 star hotel that charges for sauna and steam room use. Either include that service in the base price or put a notice saying that a charge is required.
