Francestown Vacation Packages

It's not just outdated its old. With that said, it is a historic hotel. If thats your thing, stay here. If you want comfort then not this place. Doors don't really shut, carpet looks like its been there for decades, cracks in the wall, shower tub painted over with cracks, a heaviness in the air, and you hear everything especially the train. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Upon arrival, we had trouble turning on the TV because the remote wasn’t working properly. We called the Hideaway Inn’s phone number, and the representative assured us that the innkeeper would come to help. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up. After troubleshooting the issue ourselves, we figured out that plugging the Roku into a different HDMI port solved the problem. We also noticed that the remote’s batteries were nearly dead. It was disappointing that no one followed up or came to assist us, especially after we were told someone would. Additionally, the bed had an unpleasant, unusual smell, which made our stay less comfortable. Overall, we were disappointed with the lack of service and attention to basic room maintenance.

I love it. I would definitely come back

We loved this location. Loved the history of the Shaker Village and the Dwelling had the museum on the bottom 2 floors. Don’t expect a modern hotel, expect a comfortable historical experience. Staff was lovely and friendly. Rooms were quiet. Great hiking spots and close to Lebanon if you need anything/want a places to eat.
