"We had a lovely stay at Donross cottage; it is a lovely cottage in a great location with wonderful views across Lough Conn.The only issue we had was with the showers that were not that powerful and difficult to regulate the temperature. "We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. "The staff were exceptional at Knock Hotel. In particular the manager Steven helped me miraculously when upon arrival I found out I had booked extra rooms that I did not realize I didn’t cancel. His persistence and efficiency in dealing with this matter were nothing short of a miracle. This matter was cleared up without delay thanks to his focus and wanting his guests to have an enjoyable peaceful stay which we did. His kindness and attention to breakfast and supper details were second to none. The staff worked tirelessly with the meals. Petra and David stand out for me for their exceptional hospitality. The other staff and housekeeping manager was also very friendly and helpful with clean comfortable rooms. I highly recommend Knock hotel when staying at this wonderful Apparation site. Thank you"
