« When we arrived the VRBO was different than the one In the listing due to issues with the original, I wasn’t told this before checking in which would of been nice but overall not a big deal! Check in process was good, fast communication and good location. Very clean! »

« 3 night stay with nine adults. Plenty of space for us all! The house was exactly as pictured and described, very easy to access via smart locks and very clean. Access to the commuter rail was a very quick walk down the hill. We were delighted to see wild turkeys in the park across the street. »

« We had a perfectly good time at the property. All the necessary things needed for a comfortable stay are in the property. Everything was neat and clean and as advertised. The property isn’t too far away from the downtown area either. »

« My sister and my son and I had a great weekend up near Boston at this beautifully furnished colonial home. The host was very friendly and welcoming and the house was updated bright and cheery and beautifully furnished. There was a snack basket and a bottle of sparkling cider waiting for us on arrival and the house was in a great location ñ. « Attended son’s college graduation. All family members were able to attend and stay together. The house was roomy and clean and very well stocked. The ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator weren’t working but I didn’t have time to tell the owner. Everything else was amazing. Lots of parking! Great place to stay! »

« Everything was as noted, and Amy was a delight. It was perfect for multigenerational family - the first-floor in-law suite was great for the oldest of the bunch. Plenty of room to be together and to have your own space. Outdoor space and view were a plus. Plenty of paper products, full size shampoo/conditioner/soap and other nice details provided. »

« The house is awesome. It is very large, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are excellent. The video game system is great. The only limit is the single bathroom can be a struggle for the number of people the house can accommodate. The front door could also be more user friendly. Overall, a great stay. We will come back. »

« Cozy accommodations close to Back Bay and Fenway. A little too cozy for a couple - better for a solo leisure stay (no desk or working space). Rooms in pics look bigger than what it actually is. Garden level rooms will be a bit noisy. Excellent location and spotless and good security. »
