You'll enjoy its 300 m2 garden with table and barbecue, ideal for relaxing moments.   
  
Spacious and perfect for a family or group of friends of 6/7 people, it comprises :   
  
\- an entrance hall with storeroom and extra shower for when you return from the beach   
  
\- a staircase leading to a large, bright and convivial living/dining room   
  
\- a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals   
  
\- the 2nd level leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (x140), one with bunk beds (2 x 90) and a trundle bed (1x90)   
  
\- bathroom with shower   
  
\- 2 separate toilets.

The house is a 15-minute walk from all shops and services, covered markets, restaurants... )
