Located in a great neighborhood. Our only complaint is that both showers did not have good drainage and the hallway bathroom dial was impossible to figure out. The property is old and run-down, but the space met our needs just fine, and the price was right. Space heaters were available. The laundry facilities are shared with other units and require payment. This property is on a street corner, and there is a significant amount of traffic noise, including emergency vehicles fairly often. If you are sensitive to noise, you may want to bring earplugs.
