Hotel is a little bit old. I stay on 19th floor, executive floor, it looks like no one uses the room for some time, when I touch the bed cloth, I can feel it is dusty, it makes me feel uncomfortable. Food serve in breakfast is not worth for that price. Hotel staff is okay and location is good. You can easily reach the hotel by different kind of transport.

#### Nice Hotel, well located need more languages

Nice hotel in good condition. Difficulty in finding a capable English speaker for gluten free requirement. Once the staff member understood they were very helpful. This language problem occurred several times which I don't expect in a 5 star hotel. Other than that a lovely room , good bathroom, shower, view, decor all good but bed was quite hard which is the norm in China. International restaurant was not great but the Chinese one was great. Also applied to restaurants nearby, international restaurants average but some of the Chinese Restaurants in the town centre area were excellent.

#### Disappointing service

This is not 5 star hotel as I have expected. I paid 155$ a day and really did not get service that I paid for. Furnitures in the room are rather old, the rugs have so much stains and spots. Disappointment came from the quality of the service of the stuff. They do not speak English very well. When I asked them to send me their shuttle bus that runs between the Louvre and the hotel because it was raining hard, they simply said they cannot do it which was disappointing. The distance between Louvre and the hotel is just 300 meters and they cannot send their shuttle bus to pick up their guests during the hard rain was not acceptable. Fortunately the store I bought table provided me a transportation which saved me from getting soaking wet.
