Points faibles : Confort de la chambre #### Hot springs The hotel staff was great, the room was clean, the TV didn't work, they only have cold water for the showers, it was a little pricey for what you get. I had been to the hot springs before the hurricane hit and there were a lot more pools. The two that they did have were hot and enjoyable although were in need of being repainted and cleaned. There was a great kids area but since we were a group of adults we staying in the other area. Dinner was good and as the restaurant closed and we were in a meeting they moved us to a nice area and brought us iced water to drink. I would go back again but would know that the showers are going to be cold instead of it being a shock. Rooms are small, dirty, only get 3 towels, no rug in the bathroom. Wifi was horrible, the room was difficult to open. Very loud at night.. This is a place were locals go with small kids in their mini park. Would not recommend for a tourist, couple, or any visitors. ##### Voyageur vérifié ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Hannia 15 sept. 2016 Points forts : Propreté #### Mucho por mejorar El hotel no ofrece un par de servicios que parecen en la página de Hoteles.com, por ejemplo, no tienen wifi habilitado; las piscinas de agua fría no están en servicio entre semana, no tienen camas king. Para el desayuno solicitamos específicamente que lo hicieran con poca grasa y no lo hicieron, el huevo nadaba en aceite, la cena si estuvo bien. La habitación no incluye desayuno, todo se paga por aparte a precios un poco elevados para la calidad.Para visitar las termales que es una zona un poco más retirada por la noche no había suficiente iluminación, en ciertos tramos estaba totalmente oscuro. Solo una persona tuvo la amabilidad de cambiarnos de habitación porque solicitamos una cama king que no hay en el hotel. ##### Hannia
