Great privacy protection they have…) The second strike was the teeeeerible bed. I’ve never complained about a bed in a hotel before and when reading about the complaint about the bed in this place before booking I thought the person complaining must be one of “those” people who always find something to complain about. THEY WEREN'T WRONG. The bed is soooo uncomfortable. It literally made me sore in places. That’s a first for me. The third strike was when there was no hot water on my last night there or the last morning so I got to fly 13 hrs home without a shower. I read a previous review with a management response that said the guests lack of hot water was an “isolated incident” but clearly not since it happened to me too!! How do you just not have hot water for 12 hrs?? Furthermore, the fourth strike was when the fire alarm went off on my last day there at 6am and it took 1.5 hrs to get back in. AND THEN when I went to leave having an urgent train to catch for my last days activity, the front door would not open.
