Atendimento ruim!

Hotel me cobrou por talheres, internet não pegava e eu estava no hotel a negócios por isso a falta de internet atrapalhou bastante e pra finalizar a emissão da nota fiscal só ocorreu depois de insistentes ligações. Estrutura do hotel muito boa, café da manhã bom, porém algumas políticas como cobrança de talheres, falta de internet, falta de estacionamento e atendimento deixam a desejar.

Ficamos por sete dias no hotel Villa park, Fortaleza! O hotel tem uma localização ótima, cama confortável, bons travesseiros. Pelo custo benefício vale muito à pena.

A estadia foi muito boa, a localização é ótima o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Só o atendimento no salão de café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar. A reposição era um pouco demorada e um dos dias fiquei sem tomar leite no café da manhã. Fui pegar o leite na garrafa e havia acabado. Avisei a menina da cozinha e ela levou a garrafa para fazer a reposição, porém como já estava próximo do horário de finalizar o café da manhã e só estava eu no momento no restaurante ela não trouxe mais o leite e tomei só o café mesmo. Mas no resto não tenho do que reclamar.

PÉSSIMA!!!

Foi uma PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA! Cheguei um pouco mais cedo e foi informado pela recepção que só poderia adentrar ao hotel as 14:00hs. Sai, fui dar uma volta na cidade, almoçar e em seguida retornei ao estabelecimento, precisamente, as 14:00hs, conforme consta no e-mail de confirmação da reserva. Para minha surpresa, fui informada de que eu não poderia realizar o chekin pq não tinha quartos disponíveis, devido a um grupo de hóspede que haviam saído mais tarde, e as zeladoras ainda estavam limpando os quartos. Isso foi muito desgastante!!! Eu estava cansada, e não havia, segundo a recepcionista, uma hora exata para conclusão da limpeza. Por sua vez, outrossim, não tinha previsão para o chekin. Situação que se prorrogou até as 15:40hs, Qd depois de muita reclamação, foi liberado um quarto. Resumindo: EU NÃO INDICO ESSE HOTEL PARA NINGUÉM! ELES, NÃO TEM RESPONSABILIDADE E NEM CONSIDERAÇÃO PARA COM OS CLIENTES! Lembrando, que várias pessoas estavam na recepção e passaram pela mesma situação que eu! Inclusive, mães com crianças e idosos, que reclamavam do tempo da espera.

Foi bom, apesar da espera de 1h para o check-in, e a janela do quarto 408 ter o trinco quebrado!.. de resto foi tranquilo. Na saída compensou a mais 1h da entrada. Quarto limpinho, água quente do chuveiro, ar condicionado. E tudo limpinho. Pelo o valor é válido e recomendo. Voltarei mais vezes. Izanete passeio em 3 pessoas.
